![]() Sisterhood! I always encourage women to have their own jade egg and feminine self care home practice. But I also know that this work isn’t meant to be done alone. We need each other. Many women (all women!?) have wounding with other women from their family, peer groups and female lineage. When women come together in held, sacred and wide open space to celebrate, reclaim and rediscover their female bodies, something so incredibly beautiful happens. We naturally drop the stories, judgments, competition and comparison that we’ve been programmed into (#patriarchy). It’s replaced by a sense of safety, love and belonging. Shame melts away when we speak about the things we’ve never given a voice to. We’re able to heal and awaken much more deeply and quickly when we come together for this work, celebrating each other’s wins and clearing the shit together. In the last 5 years, I have been so blessed to do this work alongside so many incredible women, many of whom are my closest friends now. I absolutely without a doubt know that I would not be where I am now without this support and sisterhood. Besides supporting women to connect with and love their pussies, bringing women together in this is the mission of my work. This is ancient. There were times when it was so natural and normal for women to gather in red tents or other spaces to pass along deep feminine wisdom, and it’s making a big modern day come back. One of the main pieces of feedback I get in my group work is how deeply touching and refreshing it is to connect with other women in these spaces. To see another woman’s naked body and revere it. To hold another woman through her tears, and dance wildly with her in her wins. I’m in the process of creating an even deeper and more structured space like this for women, and I can’t wait to share more soon.
