Community Guidelines

1. We uphold the unconditional love of sisterhood.

  • Sisterhood wounds may come up in this space - see them, name them, and share them!
  • Confidentiality - You may share your own experiences as you wish.  Please do not share the experiences of other women without consent.
  • Respect other’s ideas, experiences, and opinions even if you disagree
  • Give and Get - this is a mutual space of giving and receiving. Please consider liking and commenting on others' posts to keep the energy flowing!
  • Reach out for support - Support in The Jade Temple Online Membership comes in many forms: the live calls, our community chat, or if you are interested in 1:1 coaching with Hilary or Tamara, please reach out to them directly.

2. We honor the body where it’s at.

  • Honor your internal Yes/No - You will never be required to do anything in this space or during our classes. Please always follow your intuition - if something doesn’t feel good for you you can alter it in any way or not do it at all (Hil and Tam will always give many options and suggestions for modifications in Temple classes).
  • Only do practices when you can hold a space of loving presence for yourself.

3. We act from a place of generosity and abundance.

  • We choose to see the world as an abundant one and know that there is more than enough for all of us - when one of us shines, we lift each other up.
  • Celebrations are more than welcome here!  Share them wildly!

4. We prioritize pleasure, simplicity, and ease.

  • Less is often more with this work - We live in a world that tell us to do more, go bigger and play harder.  That is not the case with Feminine Embodiment and conscious sensuality work. It’s better to do less and maintain a space of loving presence with yourself and your body than it is to push past your window of tolerance.

5. We hold ourselves and the world as sacred.

  • All of you is welcome just as you are - you don’t need to be feeling good to show up.
  • Know this work will bring up your shit and that’s part of the process.
  • Ask for what you want - if you want or do not want something, please say it! For example, you may just want to be witnessed, or you may be seeking reflection or advice - please ask for what you want and don’t want.

6. We share practical tools and knowledge for empowered change.

  • Copyright: All of the content in this membership is for your practice purposes only. This is NOT a training and we do not authorize any use of our materials or teachings outside of this container.

Welcome to The Jade Temple community, where every voice is cherished, and every woman is celebrated on her journey of self-discovery and empowerment.
