BEFORE WE TALK ABOUT THE TRAINING
You didn't lose your body.Â
It was taken from you.
No one told you it was yours to begin with.
You learned to manage it. Hide it. Discipline it.
Be desirable — but never too desiring.
That split starts early. Watching yourself from the outside, before you ever feel yourself from the inside.
Se(x)uality is not just about se(x)*.
It's where your deepest power lives.
Â
*yes, we have to censor words like s(e)x and pusee and other words related to the female body, this is what we're up against and also why this work is needed.
The body was never the problem.
The disconnection was.
And underneath it — a quiet pull to help other women find their way back too.
If that pull feels familiar, you're exactly where you need to be.
Dear love,
We've been taught that our bodies are something to manage, improve, hide, shrink, discipline, beautify, and perform. We've been taught to feel shame around our blood, our cycles, our smell, our desire, our hunger, our ageing, our changing bodies, our pleasure, our softness, our rage and our needs.
And we were also taught that we should be se(x)ual… but not too se(x)ual. Desirable, but not too desiring. Attractive, but not too hungry. Available, but not too much. Sensual, but not too powerful. Se(x)ual enough to be wanted, but not so se(x)ual that she belongs to herself.
This creates a split. A woman learns to see herself from the outside before she knows how to feel herself from the inside. She learns how to be pleasing before she knows what is pleasurable. She learns to override discomfort, silence her no, perform her yes, and disconnect from the very body that carries her wisdom.
And for most women, this disconnection is not theoretical. Most women have experienced some form of sexual trauma — whether overt, subtle, relational, cultural, or the quiet micro-traumas of allowing touch, intimacy, or penetration before the body was truly ready. A yes given because it felt easier than saying no, because she didn't want to disappoint someone, because she froze and didn't know in the moment that she was allowed to pause, ask, stop, or change her mind.
These moments don't stay in memory. They settle into the body instead — as numbness, as bracing, as a kind of distance from your own pleasure that's hard to explain to anyone, including yourself. And then somewhere along the way, you're told to be more confident, more sensual, more open — without anyone asking why your body closed the door in the first place, or giving you the tools to open it again.
This is why se(x)uality is not just about sex. It is where so much of our power and agency lives. Our instincts. Our boundaries. Our desire. Our creativity. Our capacity to receive. Our ability to know what is true for us.
When a woman is disconnected from her se(x)uality, she is often disconnected from her life-force. Not because she is broken, but because her body adapted. It protected her. It helped her survive in a world that taught her to distrust, judge, override, and abandon herself.
This work is not about forcing women to become more se(x)ual. It is about creating the conditions for a woman to safely come back into her body, restore trust, listen to her no, feel her yes, and access the wisdom and power that have always lived inside her. First and foremost, for HER.
There is a reason you feel called to hold other women. We've seen again and again that it's what happens when a woman begins to reconnect to her body and feel the immense wellspring of power that lives there. When a woman builds a new relationship with her female body — her pleasure, desire, cycles, sensuality and se(x)uality — she remembers her sovereignty and power. And once she feels that in her own body, she starts to see how many women are still numb, ashamed, performing, overriding, or cut off from their own wisdom. And something in her knows — I am meant to help women come home to this too.
This training is not just about learning practices. It is about becoming the woman who can hold this work with depth, safety, and integrity, and lead from her own embodied wisdom and knowledge.
Yours, Hilary & Tamara
IF THIS SOUNDS FAMILIAR
You've felt the call.Â
You just don't have the map yet.
Afraid of getting it wrong, because this work is intimate and the stakes feel high.
You have the wisdom and the lived experience — just not yet the structure.
You're overwhelmed by where a workshop or circle would even begin.
You want women around you who already understand how sacred this work is.
Generic business strategies don't fit how you actually want to work.
You don't know how to turn this into income you can actually count on.
A YEAR FROM NOW
Picture an ordinary Wednesday, you give...
A weekly feminine embodiment classes at a local studio. Women leave grounded, connected, in love with their bodies.
or
A workshop on anatomy and pleasure — and every woman in the room asks why nobody taught her this in school.
or
A 1:1 client tells you she's had more breakthroughs in six weeks than five years of therapy.
or
A retreat that sells out before you finish promoting it.
or
A Pusee Party — eggs and wands sold, a room full of women who feel seen & excited for their journeys ahead.
or
A course or series your students call the most impactful thing they've ever done.
Â
None of this happens by accident.
It happens when a woman has the courage to answer the call, the support to grow into it, and the structure to lead with confidence.
This training was created to help you become that woman.
 WHAT THIS TRAINING BUILDS
Initiation through four pathways
I.
You come back into your own embodied s(e)xuality.
So when you stand in front of a room, you're speaking from experience, not from theory or notes.
Â
II.
You become someone who can hold the room.
Depth, grief, and intimacy without collapsing, rescuing, or losing yourself in it.
III.
You get structure, not just inspiration.
Step-by-step frameworks for workshops, circles, retreats, and 1:1 sessions.
IV.
You learn to make it sustainable.Â
With clear offers and guidance for turning this work into meaningful income pathways— without burning yourself out
And that's exactly what we'll spend nine months building together.

Not planning to teach?Â
You're still welcome.
Many women join simply because they know this work will change their own lives.
If you're reading this and something inside you keeps whispering "this feels like me"... trust that.
One honest note: If you’re currently moving through severe, unprocessed se(x)ual trauma, this may not be the right place to begin. We believe you deserve dedicated 1:1 support first, and we’d be happy to help point you toward the right resources before stepping into this training.
WHY WE BUILT THIS TRAINING DIFFERENTLY
Most women never act on this calling
not because they aren't capable, but because somewhere between feeling the call and actually leading this work, they're left to figure everything out alone.
Many facilitator trainings teach beautiful practices, hand you a certificate, and then expect you to navigate the rest by yourself: how to confidently facilitate, hold safe spaces, create meaningful offerings, build a sustainable business, and continue growing long after graduation.
We never wanted that for our facilitators.
That's why we created more than a certification.Â
We created a complete pathway that supports you before, during, and long after the training, so you don't just leave with knowledge—you leave feeling genuinely ready to lead this work with confidence, integrity, and ongoing support.
YOUR FACILITATOR JOURNEY DOESN'T END AT CERTIFICATION
Because becoming a facilitator isn't something that happens the day you graduate.
It's something you continue growing into.
That's why your support doesn't end when the curriculum does.

Hilary
Founder of The Jade Temple
For more than 13 years, Hilary has devoted her life to the study, practice, and teaching of Taoist sexuality, Jade Egg practice, feminine embodiment, and holistic sexuality.
She founded The Jade Temple in Koh Phangan, Thailand, and has since guided thousands of women through retreats, online courses, workshops, memberships, and immersive experiences designed to help women reconnect with the wisdom, pleasure, and power of their bodies.
Hilary has a unique gift for making profound teachings deeply practical, embodied, and accessible. Inside this training, she'll support you to embody this work yourself while developing the confidence and skills to safely guide other women through it.
Tamara KlemichÂ
Tamara is a somatic and se(x)uality educator, Co-Steward of The Jade Temple, and Embodied Leadership Mentor. She has guided thousands of women through the process of remembering the wisdom, pleasure, and power that exists within their female bodies, including leading 15 Yoni Initiation retreats over the past 3 years.
In a previous chapter, she led major brand campaigns inside some of the world’s biggest advertising agencies, until working herself into burnout became the turning point that led her onto the path of pleasure.
She brings a rare combination to this training — the strategic, structural thinking of a former advertising lead, alongside years of hands-on facilitation experience guiding women through pleasure, embodiment, and nervous system work.
Together
Together, Hilary and Tamara created this training because they believe women need more than inspiration.
They need a clear pathway to become skilled, ethical, trauma-aware facilitators who feel confident leading transformational spaces—and who know how to build a meaningful, sustainable business sharing work they truly believe in.
This training is the result of years spent refining, living, facilitating, and evolving these teachings alongside thousands of women. Now, they're ready to pass them on to you.
TESTIMONIALS
This is what becomes possible
The practices, teachings and experiences inside The Jade Temple don't simply teach women something new.
They help women reconnect with the wisdom, confidence, pleasure and leadership that have always lived within them.
Every journey is unique.
Here are just a few of the stories we've had the privilege of witnessing.
This training transformed the way I relate to myself, my emotions, my leadership, and the way I move through the world as a woman.
I experienced profound shifts in my confidence, my connection to my body, and my trust in myself.
IÂ wholeheartedly recommend this training to any woman who feels called to deepen her connection with herself, explore embodied leadership, and learn how to facilitate transformative experiences for other women. It has been one of the most meaningful investments I have made in my personal growth and development.
Nikki
Let me start by saying that I absolutely love the training. I think the both of you (Tamara and Hillary) are doing such a great job in sharing your knowledge and practices, both in your own ways.
I am super grateful for being able to participate in the program. Thank you for everything so far!!
Marjolein
This training had a huge impact on how embodied I feel, how connected I feel to myself, and how powerful and confident I feel as a facilitator.
Vaida
My favorite part about this training is the community of women. Being in this space feels so nourishing to me, to be with women who share a similar vision and journey. It has been so special to create this sisterhood.
Brittney
Every one of these women started exactly where you are now.
Wondering if they were ready.
Wondering if they could really do this.
The only difference is that they decided to begin.
WHAT'S PROBABLY ON YOUR MIND
If you are wondering...
I'm not ready. I don't have enough experience.
Nobody arrives here already feeling like a facilitator. This training is designed to meet you where you are and guide you into embodied, confident leadership. Much of what you'll learn are simple, foundational teachings that women have a right to know — and you'll be supported to share them with care, integrity, and your own timing.
I don't feel confident enough to lead yet.
That's exactly why this space exists. Confidence is built through practice, embodiment, and lived experience — not by waiting until you feel perfectly ready. You'll be guided step by step, with full permission to move at the pace that feels true for your body.
I'm scared to be seen doing this work.
Of course you are. This work asks women to speak openly about the female body, pleasure, and sexuality in a world that has taught us to stay quiet about all three. Visibility isn't something you're expected to have on day one. It's something you'll grow into, surrounded by women walking the same path, with the support to find your own voice and share this work in a way that feels authentic to you.
This feels big and scary
It is big. This work touches the places women have been taught to hide, numb, and silence for generations. Of course it can feel tender. And you won't be doing it alone — you'll be held by Tamara, Hilary, and a worldwide community of women, during the training and beyond.
What if I'm not ready to hold such deep work?
Holding space isn't about having all the answers or being completely healed yourself. It's about learning how to create safe, trauma-aware spaces where women can reconnect with themselves. Throughout the training, you'll build the skills, boundaries, and confidence to facilitate with integrity—step by step, with plenty of practice before you ever lead on your own.
Can I really make money from this?
Yes. You'll be supported to turn this work into clear, tangible offerings and pathways to begin earning from your facilitation—from workshops and women's circles to retreats, private sessions and Pusee Parties.
We've even created a free guide that breaks down real examples of how facilitators make back their investment. If you're still exploring whether this training is financially right for you, you'll find it at the end of this page.
If this still feels like the path you're meant to walk...
You don't need to have everything figured out.
You simply need to be willing to take the first step.
The application takes 5–10 minutes.
No sales call required.
We personally review every application.
