If you are wondering...

I'm not ready. I don't have enough experience.

Nobody arrives here already feeling like a facilitator. This training is designed to meet you where you are and guide you into embodied, confident leadership. Much of what you'll learn are simple, foundational teachings that women have a right to know — and you'll be supported to share them with care, integrity, and your own timing.

I don't feel confident enough to lead yet.

That's exactly why this space exists. Confidence is built through practice, embodiment, and lived experience — not by waiting until you feel perfectly ready. You'll be guided step by step, with full permission to move at the pace that feels true for your body.

I'm scared to be seen doing this work.

Of course you are. This work asks women to speak openly about the female body, pleasure, and sexuality in a world that has taught us to stay quiet about all three. Visibility isn't something you're expected to have on day one. It's something you'll grow into, surrounded by women walking the same path, with the support to find your own voice and share this work in a way that feels authentic to you.

This feels big and scary

It is big. This work touches the places women have been taught to hide, numb, and silence for generations. Of course it can feel tender. And you won't be doing it alone — you'll be held by Tamara, Hilary, and a worldwide community of women, during the training and beyond.

What if I'm not ready to hold such deep work?

Holding space isn't about having all the answers or being completely healed yourself. It's about learning how to create safe, trauma-aware spaces where women can reconnect with themselves. Throughout the training, you'll build the skills, boundaries, and confidence to facilitate with integrity—step by step, with plenty of practice before you ever lead on your own.
