Jade Egg Intro
Learn the basics of this ancient Taoist practice, you will learn about the history, the benefits & be guided into a very gentle, beginner's practice. You can do the whole retreat without an egg if you don't feel the call for this practice.
Integration call
A scheduled call 2 weeks after the retreat for integration & sharing your process (as this process WILL continue long after our time together).

You will be lovingly held throughout these 5 days starting our first evening together to dive into connection & intention and closing on our final day with integration & celebration. Between will be guided practices, connection & also some space for rest & reflection. Come prepared to go deep but be held all the way through.

Nestled amongst 35 acres of mixed grassland and heritage rainforest between Byron Bay and the Gold Coast — a place that holds you before the retreat even begins.
Nest is honoured to be held by the ancient lands of the Minjungbul People, part of the Bundjalung Nation. We give deep respect to the Ancestors of this Land and the Elders past, present and emerging.
