They taught us that there are not enough resources in the world and therefore we are in direct competition for them.

They taught us that another woman shining her light dims your own.

They taught us that our sexuality, our eros, our life-force is dirty, shameful or dangerous.

They taught us that a woman should be seen and not heard.
I have a different perspective:
I believe the world is CRAVING women in their power, leading the way.
I believe that the more you lead & create from a place of honouring your body, the more sustainable & regenerative it will be for you & the planet.
I believe that there is an abundance of resources & that when we focus on impact, money & resources will come as an inevitable byproduct.
I believe our eros, our life-force is FUEL for authentic, impactful & inspiring creativity & expression.
I believe that we need other women to support us to our highest expression, like a network of mycelium we can grow fastest when we are connected & supported.
The world is craving authentic, embodied female leaders who are more focused on impact than income (and celebrate money as a byproduct, not the sole goal) and who know that the state that they lead from affects every area of their creativity, life & business.

I’m Tamara.
I am a pleasure activist, a facilitator of transformation, a musician, a nature-lover in service to the feminine. I am a Steward of The Jade Temple (a global women’s community devoted to the wisdom & pleasure of the female body) & I am a women’s leadership mentor.
I love women. I love transformational work. I love the power of sisterhood.
I believe that the world is craving embodied female leaders to show us a new way & that way is through the lens of honouring the body, the planet & each other.
After 15+ years learning business, marketing & leadership in advertising agencies, I realised I was “successful” yet deeply unhappy. I escaped (yippeeee!) and went on my mission to find my truth in how I wanted to live my life.
Through deep exploration of yoga, tantra, sexuality & finally somatics & trauma, I have found many keys that I believe support women to live more authentically as themselves (which I believe = happiness).
I have guided hundreds of women through transformational journeys both 1:1 & in group processes & I feel grateful everyday that this is the medicine I get to serve on the planet.
Women feeling lit up, inspired, safe to be themselves, honouring their bodies & their pleasure & fueling it into their mission to make a difference on the planet?!?! OMG I’m here for it all.
