Here is the rhythm of our week

Day 1 — Arrival Settle into the villa. Walk the land, find the sea. No agenda tonight — just arrival, a shared meal, and the first exhale.

Day 2 — Slowing Down Morning silence and coffee. A naked swim if you want it. Your first embodiment practice. The pace of the week starts to land in your body.

Days 3 & 4 — Connecting to self & exploring the WHOLE Woman Framework: Think morning embodiment or sensuality classes, WHOLE woman workshops. Afternoons free for rest, journaling, or simply doing nothing. Evenings around the fire under the stars. These are the days you will feel your shoulders finally drop, your jaw softens & you start to feel that warm glow of relaxation in your being.

Day 5 — Creativity & Integration: Time to start weaving the week into something you'll actually take home with you, not just a memory.

Day 6 — Departure: A slow morning. Closing circle. You leave with new women in your life and a body that remembers how to soften.

Before this work found me, I spent 15 years leading major accounts in the creative world of advertising. I know what it's like to override, overwork and sacrifice myself for the sake of a job (validation). That's why I burned out and decided to leave it all to find a new path that felt more ME & could make a positive impact on the planet.

Fast forward to becoming a Somatic & Sexuality Educator and Co-Steward of The Jade Temple, I have now supported thousands of women into a journey of reconnecting to the inherent wisdom & pleasure that exists in their female bodies & rewriting their sexuality as their greatest source of power.

After running 16 retreats in the past 3 years, I can honestly say that retreats have the power to change women's lives - and it's literally one of my favourite things to hold. I would absolutely love to host you in this beautiful retreat.
