Refund/Cancellation Policy for The Jade Temple Membership Community: The Sisterhood.

At The Jade Temple, we strive to maintain transparency and fairness in our membership policies. We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel your membership, and we aim to accommodate such situations within reasonable bounds. Below is our refund/cancellation policy for both monthly and annual memberships:
Monthly Memberships:
- Once you've subscribed to our monthly membership plan, refunds are not available.
- You may cancel your monthly membership at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle. No further charges will be applied after cancellation.
Annual Memberships:
- If you've opted for our annual membership plan, you have the option to request a refund within 14 days of your initial subscription date.
- Refunds for annual memberships will be issued in full, minus any fees or charges incurred during the subscription period.
- After the 14-day refund window has passed, annual memberships are non-refundable.
You may cancel your annual membership at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle. However, refunds will not be provided after the initial 14-day period.
