I’m Tamara.
I am an artist, a pleasure activist, a facilitator of transformation, a musician, a nature-lover in service to the feminine. I am a Steward of The Jade Temple (a global women’s community devoted to the wisdom & pleasure of the female body) & I am a women’s leadership mentor.
I love women. I love transformational work. I love the power of sisterhood. And I LOVE creativity.
I believe pleasure & creativity are intrinsically linked and both are innately connected to feminine power.
After 15+ years working in advertising agencies, I realised I was “successful” yet deeply unhappy. I escaped (yippeeee!) and went on my mission to find my truth in how I wanted to live my life.
Through deep exploration of yoga, tantra, sexuality & finally somatics & trauma, I have found many keys that I believe support women to live & express more authentically as themselves (which I believe = happiness).
I have guided hundreds of women through transformational journeys both 1:1 & in group processes & I feel grateful everyday that this is the medicine I get to serve on the planet.
