Terms and Conditions for The Jade Temple

1. Introduction

Welcome to The Jade Temple. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in The Jade Temple’s membership community as well as courses and other products. By joining any of our courses and other offerings, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully before participating.

2. Membership and Courses Eligibility

Membership and our courses are open to women aged 18 and older. By joining, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3. The Sisterhood Membership Plans

We offer both monthly and annual membership plans. Details of these plans, including fees and benefits, are provided on our website.

4. Payments and Renewals

  • Monthly Membership: Fees are billed monthly on a recurring basis. Your membership will renew automatically each month unless canceled.
  • Annual Membership: Fees are billed annually on a recurring basis. Your membership will renew automatically each year unless canceled. 
  • Annual Membership Payment Plan:  The payment plan option is not available for auto-renew. You will have to manually renew each year if you are interested in continuing your membership in subsequent years. We will contact you after the period of 1 year with options to rejoin.
     

5. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Monthly Membership: You may cancel your monthly membership at any time. No refunds will be issued for monthly memberships.
  • Annual Membership: You may cancel your annual membership within 14 days of the initial subscription date for a full refund. After this period, no refunds will be issued. There are no refunds Annual Membership Payment Plan.

  • There are no refunds on products purchased.
  • No refunds for 'Gushing Goddess' or 'Jade Egg Initiation'.

6. Use of Community Platforms

The Sisterhood community and courses may include forums, chat groups, live calls, and other interactive activities. By participating, you agree to:

  • Respect the privacy and confidentiality of other members.
  • Refrain from sharing explicit, offensive, or inappropriate content.
  • Avoid spamming, trolling, or engaging in any disruptive behavior.

7. Confidentiality and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

8. Intellectual Property

All content provided by The Jade Temple, including text, images, videos, and materials, is the intellectual property of The Jade Temple unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Jade Temple’s membership community, courses and other offerings are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do not warrant that the community or its content will meet your expectations or be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Jade Temple shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

  • Your use of or inability to use The Sisterhood, courses and other offerings
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
  • Any content obtained fromThe Sisterhood, courses and other offerings
  • Any conduct or content of any third party onThe Sisterhood, courses and other offerings


11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on our website and updating the effective date at the top. Your continued participation in The Sisterhood, other courses and offerings by The Jade Temple constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
