Welcome to The Jade Templeās community membership: The Sisterhood. These Terms and Conditions (āTermsā) govern your participation in our membership community. By joining The Sisterhood, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully before participating.
2. Membership Eligibility
Membership in The Sisterhood is open to women aged 18 and older. By joining, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
3.Membership Plans
We offer both monthly and annual membership plans. Details of these plans, including fees and benefits, are provided on our website.
4. Payments and Renewals
- Monthly Membership: Fees are billed monthly on a recurring basis. Your membership will renew automatically each month unless canceled.
- Annual Membership: Fees are billed annually on a recurring basis. Your membership will renew automatically each year unless canceled.
- Annual Membership Payment Plan:Ā Ā TheĀ paymentĀ plan option is not available for auto-renew. You will have to manuallyĀ renew each yearĀ if you are interested inĀ continuing your membershipĀ in subsequent years. We will contact you after the period of 1 year with options to rejoin.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
- Monthly Membership: You may cancel your monthly membership at any time. No refunds will be issued for monthly memberships.
- Annual Membership: You may cancel your annual membership within 14 days of the initial subscription date for a full refund. After this period, no refunds will be issued.

6. Use of Community Platforms
The Sisterhood community may include forums, chat groups, live calls, and other interactive activities. By participating, you agree to:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Jade Temple shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
- Your use of or inability to use The Sisterhood
- Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
- Any content obtained from The Sisterhood
- Any conduct or content of any third party on The Sisterhood

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts ofĀ Thailand.
