Yoni Initiation is a 3-day trauma-informed women’s retreat curated to help you create a deeper relationship with your body, your yoni, your pleasure & your sexuality.
This is the initiation, wisdom & guidance we should have received as we transitioned from young girls to suddenly being sexualised by society & those around us.
You will learn the knowledge, practices & tools that will help you to:

💜 Know your own female anatomy and how your body specifically opens up to pleasure
💜 Cultivate your life-force energy to awaken your senses, creativity & experience of the present moment
💜 Learn nervous system regulation tools to help you feel & create more safety within yourself & in your external environment
💜 Know what true sisterhood is - how we can support each other to feel more safe, seen & empowered as we navigate the complex world of relating, sexuality & life as women
Ultimately it is a journey to wholeness, to self-love & to the freedom to be you (in a circle of big-hearted, brave women diving deep into their own journey and supporting you every step of the way).

Throughout this journey we will be nourished by being in the unique healing energy of sisterhood. We know women’s spaces can be triggering, as we all carry wounds in this area from the past, but we have been creating powerful, supportive & healing spaces for women for many years and know this can be a huge key not only for your own healing but for your relationship to women moving forward in life (and when women support each other to rise, we become unstoppable 😍).
You don't have to be, do or change anything about yourself to join. We are not here to create a one-size fits all idea of being a woman or “femininity” - we welcome every woman and yoni exactly as you are.
Yoni Initiation meets you where you are in your body, sensuality and life, whether you’ve never attended a women’s circle or have been practicing and gathering with women for years.

- Day 1: 10 AM - 8 PM (long lunch break to get your own lunch 2 - 4 PM)
- Day 2: 10 AM - 4 PM (a light lunch/snack will be provided)
- Day 3: 10 AM - 10 PM (long lunch break to get your own lunch 2:30 - 5:30 PM)

- Those significantly impacted by economic disparity due to currency conversion

Tamara is a Somatics & Sexuality Educator & Facilitator, Steward of The Jade Temple, and an Embodied Leadership Mentor. She believes sexually empowered women will change the world and the key to our power is through our bodies - our relationship to our bodies, our sexuality, our sensations, feelings & emotions.
