Since attending the retreat, so much has shifted for me. My biggest achievement? I am completely pain-free! I had been struggling with daily pain in my ovaries for over a year—stuck emotions, energy blockages, four cysts in the past year, and recurring infections. Pain is all gone. 

I also had major hip pain that sometimes made movement difficult, and now I can move freely and with ease. I feel so incredibly grateful and can dance and move my body in ways I have never before! 💃 how is that even possible? 🥹

Thanks to the FluentBody dance with Sarah, my sacral chakra has fully opened, and I feel so much more connected to my body. I even feel more pleasure in my Yoni—she’s more alive than ever!
